FMHerb’s Tea Three is a mixture of mullein, peppermint, horehound, and lavender. Organically grown, Dried, Chopped, and Sifted, then hand-packed in a non-bleached tea bag.
Brewing Instructions:
These tea bags are three times larger than a normal tea bag, so you will want to heat the water to between 200 and 208 degrees. Tea brewed with boiling water can become bitter because boiling takes the oxygen out of the water. So treat your tea to the proper temperature and steep for 3 – 5 minutes.
Here is the big deal with this tea: Horehound. You have most likely heard of cough drops made with horehound. In a PubMed article from 2022 (Covid Days) a renewed interest in plants – thanks to their pharmacological potentials re-emerged. Horehound is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities.
